Tan Z H, then 18 years old, was acquitted of statutory rape charges in Ampang. Charged under section 376(1) of the Penal Code, Lim faced allegations involving an alleged victim, who was 13 years and 4 months old at the time. Consequently, Lim was acquited, without being called for defence. Tan was represented by Revin Kumar.
